How to check Assam JMEE Result 2025

The authority has activated the Assam JMEE 2025 result online on July 7, 2025. Candidates can access the results of Assam JMEE 2025 in online mode only at the official website. The steps to download the Assam JMEE result are as follows:

• Step 1: Visit the official website, astu.ac.in.

• Step 2: Click on the result link

• Step 3: Enter your application number and password.

• Step 4: The result will be displayed on the screen in the form of a scorecard.

• Step 5: Download and print out at least 2-3 copies of the result for future purposes.

Assam JMEE Merit List 2025

The authority will prepare the Assam JMEE 2025 merit list separately for each category. This merit list of JMEE has been released in online mode. Aspirants can determine their position from the JMEE merit list 2025. The Assam JMEE 2025 merit list pdf will be updated on its page once released online.

Assam JMEE 2025 Tie-Breaking Rules

In case there is a tie between two or more candidates who obtain the same score in Assam JMEE 2025, then the following steps will be considered to break the tie.

• Higher preference will be given to the one who has scored higher in Fundamentals of Computers.
• If the tie persists, then the candidate with the higher marks in Mathematics will be given preference.
• If the tie remains, the candidate with higher marks in Basic English will be allotted a higher rank.
• If the tie remains unbroken, then the candidate with higher scores in Reasoning will be given preference.
• In case the tie hasn't broken, the older candidate will be considered, followed by alphabetical order of names.

Assam JMEE 2025 Counselling and Seat Allotment

As per the ranks in the merit list, candidates will be invited for the Assam JMEE counselling and seat allotment process. Qualified candidates will have to be present in person at the counselling venue on the specified date and time. No parents or relatives will be allowed to attend the Assam JMEE counselling 2025 on behalf of the candidate. Candidates have to carry all the required documents, which include a mark sheet of the qualifying exam, permanent resident certificate, JMEE admit card 2025, age proof, category certificate, etc. They should note that any ineligible candidate will be forbidden from getting admission, regardless of whether they score a good rank as per the JMEE result 2025.
